  Their coffee is hands down the best in the area. But their service makes it not even worth it. I go twice a week. And about 85% of the time, they get my order wrong. It is not a difficult order. Large hot latte with a French vanilla swirl. Half the time I get a medium, half the time I get a frozen one.
  Not only do they get the coffee wrong, they're rude about it.
  I've also ordered food from them before, twice. Both times they got that wrong too.
  Hands down the worst ESTABLISHMENT I've been to. Not just a bad coffee shop, not just a bad breakfast, nor fast food business, it is the worst establishment.
  I strongly suggest the owner of this particular franchise store take a good look at the employees and make some changes.

  I have been to this location multiple times and I have a terrible experience every time. They're out of so many things. The employees simply don't know what they're doing. I'm done stopping here.

  Five times now I have tried to order the chicken biscuit; every time, they are out of biscuits. I am told that their either "the corporate guidelines tell us to make six, and we sold them all already" (at 8:30am?), or "the truck comes in tomorrow." Half the time they get the order wrong. Good coffee, but I'm done trying to eat here, I'll take my business elsewhere.
